Do not mix up with A Canadian crushed web series
A Canadian web series with the name “Crushed” also debuted in 2015. Barbara Szeman and Vicki Lean, two Toronto-based filmmakers, conceived the program, which Smokebomb Entertainment produced. Four high school kids’ journeys through love, friendship, and the difficulties of adolescence are followed in this television series. Natalie, Riley, Liam, and Vince are the major protagonists, and each episode focuses on a new character’s journey.
Heartbreak, betrayal, and the need to fit in are just a few of the challenges that the characters in the story contend with in the two Crushed web series. The program also addresses more somber subjects, including substance misuse and mental health.
